The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a Tunnel Supervisor to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

Job Role / Responsibilities
- Lead daily site activities within the tunnel section, ensuring smooth coordination between subcontractors and internal teams
- Mentor and support junior engineers and supervisors, providing technical guidance and hands-on leadership
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Monitor and report progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Liaise closely with the client and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on design, execution, and work methods
- Supervise installation of drainage, water management, and frost protection systems in accordance with Norwegian regulations
- Collaborate with the MEP team to support tunnel fit-out phases - no trade license required
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure optimal workflow and productivity
Project
The infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has already started and is estimated to last for at least 2 more years.
Requirements
- Solid on-site tunnelling experience in Norway
- Background in civil or infrastructure works with strong subcontractor oversight experience
- Previous experience with tunnel after-works, including drainage and frost protection systems
- Bonus points if you've worked with LNS, AGJV, NPRA or similar
- Fluent in English; Nordic languages a big plus
