Key Responsibilities

On-Site Commissioning & Testing: Lead Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), loop checks, cold/hot commissioning, and final handovers of automation and SCADA systems directly at hydroelectric power plants.Factory Acceptance & Validation: Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) alongside software and design engineering teams to pre-validate PLC logic (IEC 61131-3) and HMI interfaces before site deployment.Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, network, and software issues during startup, tuning turbine governors, excitation systems, and balance-of-plant automation.Client & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with site managers, electrical/mechanical contractors, and utility clients to ensure commissioning milestones are met safely and on schedule.

Deine Rolle

Als Senior Originator identifizierst und sicherst du neue Windprojekt-Opportunitäten in der frühen Entwicklungsphase - eigenständig und mit strategischem Weitblick. Du bist die zentrale Person, die aus einer ersten Standortidee eine gesicherte, entwicklungsfähige Projektgrundlage macht.

AufgabenIdentifikation und Sicherung neuer Windprojekt-Opportunitäten in der frühen Entwicklungsphase - mit Unterstützung des GIS-TeamsStandort-Screening und Machbarkeitsbewertungen für potenzielle WindprojekteAufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Grundstückseigentümern, Kommunen und weiteren relevanten StakeholdernFührung von Verhandlungen zu Flächen- und KooperationsvereinbarungenUnterstützung beim Ausbau der Projektpipeline und aktiver Beitrag zu strategischen Origination-Aktivitäten in der RegionEnge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Entwicklung, Genehmigung, Technik), um Projekte durch die frühen Phasen voranzubringenDein ProfilAbgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Umweltwissenschaften oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich; andere Qualifikationen mit relevanter Entwicklungserfahrung werden ebenfalls berücksichtigt5-8 Jahre Erfahrung in der frühen Entwicklungsphase / Origination von WindprojektenFundierte Erfahrung in Standortidentifikation, Flächenakquise und Stakeholder-ManagementNachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Projektopportunitäten eigenständig zu originieren und voranzutreibenGutes Verständnis der Prozesse in der Entwicklung von Erneuerbare-Energien-ProjektenStarke Verhandlungs- und KommunikationsfähigkeitenVerhandlungssicheres Deutsch und EnglischWarum diese Rolle?Verantwortung für strategisch wichtige Origination-Aktivitäten in einem international aufgestellten UnternehmenZugang zu professionellen internen Ressourcen (u. a.
