The successful candidate will have substantial estimating experience within a construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related project environment, together with a strong understanding of pricing principles, procurement processes, and commercial risk. You should be confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications, using estimating software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and producing clear, well-structured tender documentation. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. A relevant technical, commercial, or construction qualification is desirable, as is professional membership of an appropriate industry body.
