Rail Contract Manager: Philippines
The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for an ongoing Rail/ Metro project in the Philippines, working on behalf of the end client.

This leading international consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major rail and infrastructure projects around the world are looking for an international expert to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity to join a project from its commencement and play a role on behalf of the client.
Responsibilities:
The successful individual shall be part of a contracts team, for contractual and commercial administration and management across all Contract Packages including Civils, Building, Rolling Stock, E&M Systems and Track Works, Also, liaising with the Cost and Schedule Teams.
Additionally you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Contracts Team input to Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing correspondence and implementing required actions based on Change & Claims Logs.
- Assessment of Contractors' time and Cost claims and preparation of contractual correspondence.
- Assisting with Dispute Board proceedings
- Advising on Contractors' contractual Interface obligations.
- Preparing Variation Orders and Contract Amendments.
- Assisting with preparation of Engineer's Interim Payment Certificates.
Key requirements for the role:
- Degree qualified in related subject
- 20+ years within Infrastructure projects
- 10+ years in Railway projects.
- Strong FIDIC Experience (Harmonised Pink & Yellow book preferable)
- Previous ODA/ JICA experience would be beneficial.
- Regional Experience would also be beneficial
Salary Package:
The salary package is flexible depending on experience but expected to be between $10,000 & $13,000 per month (TAX FREE) with an additional allowance for accommodation.
