Rail Senior Contract Specialist: Philippines
The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Contracts & Commercial Specialist for an ongoing Rail/ Metro project in the Philippines which is accelerating the Construction Supervision activities.
Opportunity:
This leading international consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major rail and infrastructure projects around the world are looking for an international expert to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity to join a project from its commencement and play a role on behalf of the client.
Responsibilities:
The successful individual shall be responsible for Managing the civils contractor who are working on a Design & Build package. You shall be supporting the Project Controls team in all Contract & Commercial aspects including the preparation and respond of claim & deviation matters some relating to land access issues. You shall be working closely with a wide range of international experts to protect the client.
Key requirements for the role:
- Degree qualified (civil engineering or related subject)
- 10+ years of Contract Administration experience on rail or metro projects.
- Strong FIDIC knowledge
- Previous Consultancy/ client experience
- Previous Experience of Design & Build Contract would be beneficial.
- Regional Experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Salary Package:
The salary package would be between $9,000 & $12,000 per month (TAX FREE) with an additional allowance for accommodation.
