Title: O&M Technician - Republic of Ireland

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as outlined in customer contracts and corresponding communication.
• Analyzing and resolving technical issues arising in photovoltaic installations.
• Adhering to all company protocols and directives.
• Interpreting drawings and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Conducting maintenance services on electrical components.
• Diagnosing failures and performing troubleshooting activities.
• Documenting maintenance procedures and generating reports.
• Providing follow-up reports on operation and maintenance tasks.
• Implementing preventive maintenance plans for all equipment.
• Operating and addressing existing faults efficiently.
• Responding to and assisting in emergencies at PV plants within assigned areas or other regions manged us
• Participating in integrated commissioning and start up operations in various geographies managed by us

Training and Technical Skills Requirements:

• High school diploma in Electricity Professional Studies (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles in o&m
• Familiarity with maintenance management processes and systems.
• Proficiency in Medium Voltage and Power Electronics concepts.
• Understanding of Technical Design principles.
• Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy (Experience with Wind, Hydroelectric energy, or other renewable sources is advantageous).
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Mandatory proficiency in English.
