Title: O&M Technician - Republic of Ireland

Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as outlined in customer contracts and corresponding communication.
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues arising in photovoltaic installations.
- Adhering to all company protocols and directives.
- Interpreting drawings and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Conducting maintenance services on electrical components.
- Diagnosing failures and performing troubleshooting activities.
- Documenting maintenance procedures and generating reports.
- Providing follow-up reports on operation and maintenance tasks.
- Implementing preventive maintenance plans for all equipment.
- Operating and addressing existing faults efficiently.
- Responding to and assisting in emergencies at PV plants within assigned areas or other regions manged us
- Participating in integrated commissioning and start up operations in various geographies managed by us
Training and Technical Skills Requirements:
- High school diploma in Electricity Professional Studies (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles in o&m
- Familiarity with maintenance management processes and systems.
- Proficiency in Medium Voltage and Power Electronics concepts.
- Understanding of Technical Design principles.
- Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy (Experience with Wind, Hydroelectric energy, or other renewable sources is advantageous).
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Mandatory proficiency in English.
