Role Overview

As the Technical Project Manager, you will be accountable for the technical execution and delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects. Your role will span detailed engineering review, contractor management, quality control, construction oversight, and project commissioning. Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete EPC lifecycle of solar PV and battery storage projects, from design through to handover.

Review and validate engineering designs, single-line diagrams, and system integration (PV, BESS, SCADA, MV).

Oversee contractor performance during procurement, civil works, mechanical and electrical installation, and commissioning.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering consultants, OEMs, suppliers, lenders' engineers, and government entities.

Monitor technical compliance with grid codes, HSE standards, and environmental regulations.

Lead technical risk assessments and proactively implement corrective actions.

Report on technical progress, quality assurance, and cost control to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of EPC or IPP experience in solar PV and battery energy storage systems (utility-scale preferred).

Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

Strong understanding of hybrid systems, SCADA architecture, EMS/PMS integration, and MV distribution networks.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical workstreams across geographically dispersed teams.

Proficient in project scheduling tools and technical reporting.

Fluent in English; French at a professional level required.

Willingness to travel across project locations as needed.

Position: Site Closure Manager (Onshore Wind Farm)
Job type: Temporary contract
Location: multiple projects across Mediterranean region

Job Description:
Site Closure Manager (Hands-on / Field Execution Focus)

Participate in customer inspectionsReview, validate, and track the official punch list (Upvise)Execute directly simple on-site actions (stickers, cleaning, minor fixes, adjustments)Define resolution strategy: self-perform, MT1 team, or subcontractorCoordinate interventions, materials, and suppliers when requiredMonitor progress and ensure high-quality finishing aligned with customer expectationsDrive closure until Final Acceptance and support holdback releaseAct as a hands-on, solution-oriented field resource focused on fast closure

Area:
MED Region (France, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Greece)
→ High mobility required: weekly site changes depending on needs

HSE, Training & Certifications:

Valid medical certificateGWO (Fire Awareness, First Aid, Manual Handling, Working at Heights)Hailo & 3S lift trainingElectrical certificationsAll mandatory local trainings where applicable

Equipment Required:

Full PPE (helmet, harness, safety gear, etc.)Vehicle with tools and safety equipmentMobile phone

Additional Requirements:

Good level of French is preferred but not mandatory
