As our Data Centre business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead the development of our US Data Centre Construction practice. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth market, leveraging EWI's established client relationships, global platform, and strong reputation within the sector.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter with Data Centre experience. You will be working alongside our established US team, focusing on growing our presence across the North American Data Centre Construction market, building on existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
You'll have the autonomy to shape the direction of the division, the support of a global business behind you, and the opportunity to build a team.
For the successful candidate, there is also the opportunity to relocate to Florida as part of our long-term growth plan.

Candidate Requirements

Extensive experience in railway signalling engineering.Proven ETCS Level 2 project experience.Demonstrated experience integrating signalling systems supplied by different vendors.Experience on projects where new ETCS infrastructure has been integrated with existing ETCS systems from another supplier.Strong understanding of signalling interfaces, systems integration and railway operations.Experience working within multidisciplinary railway project teams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
