Leading national full service engineering firm seek a PE Structural Engineer to join their Orlando building structures team.
This business are known for delivering commercial and Retail projects to the retail giants in the USA across all 50 states and have a full team of 40 MEP, architects and engineers based in Orlando that are very collaborative and team orientated.
This is a great opportunity for a 4+ year Engineer to join a very established business offering flexibility, great culture, existing clients and contracts and career growth.
Responsibilities:
Structural design for commercial and retail projects
Perform structural analysis using industry-standard software (SAP2000, RAM, RISA, Revit, ETABS)
Prepare design calculations, construction documents, and technical reports
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Review and seal drawings in compliance with applicable codes and standards
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and EITs for 6+ year Engineers
Support project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication
