Role Summary
Wind farm site managers, who are also known as wind energy operations managers, oversee the daily operations of wind farms. They are responsible for ensuring staff are maintaining and operating the equipment and that the wind farm is producing energy as expected. They monitor the production levels and interact with customers as part of their regular duties. Wind farm site managers are also responsible for ensuring that safety protocols are followed and that business records are properly maintained. They may also be involved with training or hiring staff for specific roles and responsibilities.

· Exposure to Glass fiber, Carbon fiber, Epoxy resin system and knowledge of different composite manufacturing processes (Vacuum bagging, Infusion etc.).
· Able to multitask and prioritize daily work under a fast-paced environment.
· Must be a highly motivated self-starter and be able to work with little supervision.
· Willing to travel to Sites and abroad for assignments.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently.

Project Manager
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Immediate Start
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of technical projects across the Central Region. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start. The role involves managing all aspects of project execution from the point of handover from Sales through to final delivery to the client and Service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales team during the final stages of the tender process and ensure a smooth handover to Project Management
Manage project delivery to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) matters for assigned projects
Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Lead negotiations and contract management with subcontractors and suppliers
Manage personnel and closely coordinate subcontractors and key suppliers throughout project execution
Facilitate effective collaboration across departments and foster a strong, multicultural team environment
Proactively identify project risks and implement corrective measures relating to time, cost, and quality
Promote cost-effective project delivery in coordination with Commercial Project Management
Prepare regular project progress reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure a smooth and structured handover to Service teams and the client upon project completion
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project execution and construction management of complex technical projects in industries such as civil construction, manufacturing, plant engineering, or energy (wind energy experience is an advantage)
Proven experience managing large-scale projects with full commercial and financial responsibility
Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related technical field
Strong awareness of HSE practices, integrated into daily work
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch language skills are an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
GWO training is desirable
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate effective project teams
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and organisational abilities
Demonstrated commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working across diverse business cultures
Additional Information:
This role requires regular travel within Germany and potentially within the wider Central European region. You will report to the Group Lead for Project Management Operations.
