Job Title: Wind Electrical Installation Supervisor
Role Summary
During the project installation/finishing phase you have the responsibility to supervise and control mainly but not only the electrical works executed at site by the subcontractor in matter of:
Fulfillment and respect of the HSE requirement at site and to intervene should the requirements not be respected or fulfilled
Quantity and quality of the electrical work in accordance with the related instructions
Timely completion of the work to ensure a proper commissioning of the wind turbine
Essential Responsibilities:
Give guidance to the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishingCheck of proper electrical installationsInitiate corrective actions aimed to eliminate defects and to be executed by the subcontractorControl of correctness and completeness of site related reportsCollect and forward technical specificationsReport the status of site activitiesExecution of the quality check on site including reportingActive participation at the site meeting on site (toolbox talk)Notification of defective or missing parts to the site manager with the purpose of replacement of these partsQualifications/Requirements/Skills:
Completed vocational training in Electronics or similar fieldProfound knowledge and experience in Low and Mid-VoltageSeveral years of vocational experience as Electrician on wind farms and a depth technicalknowledge of wind turbinesGood English language skills (read, write and speak fluently)Project Management SkillsClear judgment and result focusedAbility to solve problemsAble to work in or lead a teamWillingness to travel without restrictionsUsed to work at heightsResilience & tolerance of frustrationReadiness for trainingGood computer skills are required, especially MS OfficeInternational car driving license

Job Title: Wind Electrical Installation Supervisor
Role Summary:
During the project installation and finishing phase, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling primarily, but not exclusively, the electrical works carried out onsite by subcontractors. Your duties will focus on:
Ensuring fulfillment and compliance with HSE requirements, intervening as necessary
Monitoring the quantity and quality of electrical work according to instructions
Ensuring timely completion to support proper commissioning of the wind turbines
Essential Responsibilities:
Guide subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing
Verify proper electrical installations
Initiate corrective actions to address defects, ensuring subcontractor execution
Control correctness and completeness of site-related reports
Collect and forward technical specifications
Report site activity status
Conduct quality checks onsite and report findings
Actively participate in site meetings, including toolbox talks
Notify site manager of defective or missing parts to arrange replacements
Qualifications / Requirements / Skills:
Completed vocational training in Electronics or a similar field
Equivalent UK NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification
Knowledge of UK 18th edition wiring regulations
Strong experience with Low and Mid-Voltage systems
Several years of vocational experience as an Electrician on wind farms with in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbines
Good English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Project management skills
Clear judgment and result-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently or lead a team
Willingness to travel without restrictions
Comfortable working at heights
Resilience and tolerance for frustration
Openness to training
Good computer skills, especially MS Office
Valid international car driving license
