Role Overview:
As a Civil Construction Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing subcontractors, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and design requirements. Reporting directly to the Site Manager and BOP Manager, you will co-ordinate on-site activities, enforce building regulations, and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and supervise subcontractor activities to ensure smooth progress.

Monitor project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.

Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards.

Implement and oversee the Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.

Verify foundation assembly and construction processes according to approved plans and permits.

Act as a technical advisor, applying quality procedures and managing stop points as required.

Maintain comprehensive records of progress and quality control measures.

Identify and resolve construction issues promptly and effectively.

Communicate proactively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in civil construction supervision, ideally within wind energy projects.

Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and local/international building regulations and standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Skilled in conflict resolution and conducting audits.

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Valid driving licence with reliable transport.
