Contract Manager - Hydropower - Canary Island
A leading infrastructure company is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join a long-term EPC project in Gran Canaria. This role will be instrumental in managing high-value contracts, mitigating risk, and supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, negotiate, and manage EPC contractsPerform legal and commercial risk analysis of new contractsMark up and draft contract terms with Legal Department supportCoordinate with internal teams for contract closure and annexesTrack project risks and opportunities throughout executionEnsure all documentation is in order (communications, logbooks, technical records, etc.)Draft client communications and responsesSupport Management with reporting and documentationFollow all procedures defined in the Integrated Management System ManualRequirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience managing and negotiating high-value EPC contractsExcellent English, both written and spokenSolid understanding of:Contract administrationPublic Works and Services Law (LOPSRM)Commercial CodeProject planning and budgetingRisk assessmentStrong negotiation and communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and able to perform under pressureCommitted, responsible, and aligned with organizational valuesWhat's Offered:
