HSE Coordinator

*Must speak French*

Missions :

Performs Daily morning safety meetings (toolbox talks) with subcontractors on site;Sets up and conducts site safety inductions for all new worker on site;Assists site management with all HSE scope;Generates and archives safety documents following French regulations of projects;Performs daily observations and safety walks;Conducts field audits on sub-contractors during their activities (erection and lifting crews for example).

Qualifications and requirement:

French speaking;Minimum 1 year of Wind Sector experience;In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and regulations;GWO training;Valid driver's license;Proven expertise in jobsite hazard assessment / analysis / solution, risk assessments, incident investigation and root cause analysis.
