Job purpose/ objectives
The site Quality Manager Role is to ensure that the project activities comply with all quality standards and legislation requirements. The QM is responsible of recollecting and tracking important quality data and information but not necessarily to upload it.

The position requires a high willingness and flexibility to travel
Willingness to continuously expand one's knowledge (especially regarding technology developments)
Leadership skills and ability to create and lead a strong and successful team (if applicable)
Be well versed in the quality processes and procedures from Sales through to the client's final acceptance
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Quality Manager or alike in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects either in civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind energy sector and/or similar industries/energy sectors; experience with turnkey projects preferable. To become a Junior QM from inside the company, it is suggested at least 2 years of experience working under a Quality Lead
Experience with developing Quality Management Systems
Experience working in Quality Control roles or quality related fields
Valued but not required: training in Six Sigma, FMEA, or any other standard of good quality practices
Basic HSE training and experience
Technical background with a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering
