Mathew West CEO and Founder of EWI Recruitment. Mat has over 20 years recruitment experience starting his career with Randstad before launching EWI a PE backed recruitment consultancy in 2012. EWI has a clear mission to become the global leader in providing key talent to renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure supporting the global transition to a carbon zero future. EWI has quickly grown to over 100 recruitment specialists with operations across Europe, Asia and North America. The Team are made up of 25 different nationalities that speak over 30 languages giving a truly global reach with a strong local focus.

Sandeep Dass Partner at EWI Talent Advisory services. Sandeep has over 20 years’ global experience within the energy, infrastructure and construction sectors, he spent 12 years living and working across the Middle East, South East Asia and APAC. During this time he provided on site RPO/MSP services to a number of the leading energy, infrastructure and construction firms, across 52 global locations. Upon his return to the UK in 2019, he worked as part of the talent acquisition team at Balfour Beatty UK on HS2 and Hinkley Point C; before moving to Lightsource bp in 2022 to assist with their rapid global expansion within the solar sector.

Daniel Killeen, Founding Member of EWI Recruitment. Daniel has over 14 years international recruitment expertise within infrastructure, engineering, energy and heavy civils. He played a pivotal role in shaping its international footprint, spearheading the launch of US operations, establishing the Scandinavian business unit and building delivery functions to regionalise a leading global expert network. Throughout his career Daniel has worked with some of the worlds largest and most iconic projects including HS2, Snowy 2.0, Doha metro and Copenhagen metro.
